-------- RETURNS --------

To initiate a return, please send us an email at snowmoonminerals@gmail.com , so we can send you an email with our return form. Please mention in your email the reason why you want to return the item and your order number. Only returned packages that include the snow moon minerals return-form are eligible for refunds. Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding postage costs.

Returning the items will be at your own cost. Make sure your carrier includes a track & trace option, as we're not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

We are unable to offer a return on your item when:
- The item is damaged
- The item has been used/opened.
- The original packaging of the item is missing or damaged.
- You have changed your mind
- You are not "feeling" the item.

I will add your items to a physically OPEN BOX & storage your purchase for you.
When you place (a) new order(s), i will add it to your OPEN BOX.
This way you can fill up your box & save up on shipping costs, before sending it on it’s way to you.

You can always decide for yourself, when it’s time to close your OPEN BOX & send it on it’s way.

Did you misplace your e-GIFT CARD or never received it?
No worries!  Just go to your confirmation email and click “Resend gift cards” on your order confirmation email. 

Can i use my e-GIFT CARD more than once?
Yes, you can use it for as long as there is a balance remaining on the card.

Can is use a e-GIFT CARD to buy a gift card?
No, you can't use a e-GIFT CARD to buy another e-GIFT CARD.

Can i use my e-GIFT CARD to pay for shipping costs?
Yes, your e-GIFT CARD will be applied to the final order total which includes shipping.

How can i check my balance?
Unfortunately you can't check your own e-GIFT CARD balance yourself, but i’d love to help you out and let you know how much you have left to spend. Just drop me an email at snowmoonminerals@gmail.com or fill in the contact form. I'd love to hear from you.

We can not replace a lost or stolen e-GIFT CARD.
Our e-GIFT CARDs are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, iDEAL, Bancontact, American Express, Shop pay, Apple pay en Google pay.

Will my order be in time for christmas/new year?
It's my favorite time of the year! :) Unfortunately, but totally understandable, packages can get delayed during the holly jolly season. So please plan ahead and order in time.
